Not All Estimates are Created Equal

At Virtual Scopes We specialize primarily in Xactimate estimates. This is a program that allows for very itemized Estimates/Scopes of work. This is the same exact program most insurance (about 90%) use.

The itemization help detail exactly what is to be done, and at what price. This helps eliminate issues regarding the scope of work later on. Not all line items are so obvious. In a previous post we talked about why so many items get left out. To get those items added back in there is a level of proof or convincing that must take place.

The thing that makes our estimates/ scopes so powerful is how well each item is written and justified. Our success rate is due to this, and results in very little push back. any potential questions or arguments the insurance adjuster might have are typically already answered for them.

And of course We are always to help defend or discuss our scopes with the adjuster or the property owner.
